This is land has been allotted by the Greater Noida Development Authority for the development of IT and IT Enabled Establishments. The company has taken over the possession of the land and has plans to construct IT Hub spread over 20 lacs sq feet which would have IT Complex , Five star hotel ,shopping mall , service apartments in the said Project.

• BMK Infrastructure & Developers has been allotted 15 acres of prime land in Greater Noida area – East of Delhi.

• The company is developing this area for an IT Hub spread over 2 million square feet, along with a 5 Star Hotel, Shopping Malls and Service Apartments.

• The company has appointed Mr. David Rhodes – well known architect from UK to develop this to the International standards.
